Our Solomon Islands Kava Powder is for those who enjoy the peppery taste and knockdown power of a good Vanuatu Kava - Times 2.  This is not the Solomon Islands Kava from years past that would leave a consumer nauseated and hungover. We've worked tirelessly with the major exporters and NGO organizations in the Solomon Islands, conducting hundreds of lab tests across all 8 provinces in order to help establish a standardized export grade Kava product for this region. The result of many years worth of tedious sampling, testing and feedback to the processors and farmers has resulted in two excellent Beverage Grade varieties being produced on a massive scale in the Solomon islands - Temotu "Purple", and Ysabel "Feo". Our Premium Solomon Kava is a blend of the two Beverage Grade varieties with a desirable high kavain 423 chemotype and an astonishing 10.9% total lactone content. Solomon Island Kava is known for its strongly sedating properties and this Kava does not disappoint.  Its strong peppery flavor leaves the mouth numb, indicating its formidable potency.
